Terms of Use
By creating an account or using Firsay, you agree to these terms.
Service
Firsay is a research workspace that searches configured public sources, structures evidence, removes duplicates, and prepares results and outreach drafts for human review. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Scores are not guarantees.
Acceptable use
- Use Firsay only for lawful professional research and outreach.
- Respect platform terms, rate limits, privacy rights, anti-spam rules, sanctions, and applicable marketing laws.
- Do not use the service for harassment, credential collection, surveillance, discrimination, fraud, scraping private content, or automated spam.
- Do not bypass access controls, usage limits, or security mechanisms.
Your responsibility
You must verify evidence before contacting anyone. You are responsible for the content, targeting, legal basis, and delivery of your outreach. Firsay does not provide legal, financial, investment, or compliance advice.
Accounts and availability
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials secure. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, provider restrictions, or material violation of these terms. Features and providers may change or become unavailable.
Plans, crypto payments, and refunds
Plan limits and prices are shown on the Pricing page or agreed directly with support. Crypto subscriptions do not auto-renew: each invoice purchases one period, and a later confirmed invoice extends access. The sender is responsible for the exact asset, network, address, memo when required, amount, and blockchain fees. Access activates only after server-side provider confirmation. Underpaid, expired, wrong-network, or otherwise unverifiable transfers may require support and do not automatically activate access. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Unless required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise, completed billing periods and consumed provider usage are non-refundable.
Liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Firsay is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, provider outages, inaccurate public data, blocked accounts, or outreach decisions made from results.
