01Ask well
Write what you need the way you would ask a colleague. The more specific, the better the list. A good request has:
- Who: the role (BD manager, founder, KOL, listing manager, market maker…)
- What niche: AI, DeFi, memecoins, exchanges, gaming…
- Where: X or Telegram, and a country if it matters
- How many: "Find 10…", "Find 25…"

02Read the results
Every person comes with the line from their own BIO or post that shows the role and the project. If the proof is not there, the person is not in the list.
Telegram, X, email or website, only when it is public. Firsay never guesses private contacts.
How well the profile matches your request. Useful for sorting; the proof is what counts.
Wrong person? Press Report on the row. It helps the search get better.
Fewer results than asked? That is on purpose: Firsay would rather show 6 real people than 10 guesses. Open Search details under the results to see what was checked and why others were left out.
03Get more people
Press Find more like this under the results. Firsay runs the same request again and adds new people to your list, without repeating anyone you have seen. 10 → 20 → 50 in a few clicks.
New only is on by default, so every search brings new people. Switch to Include seen before to get earlier results back. Your past searches stay in Search history.
04Write to people
- Pick a search in the Outreach tab.
- Describe your offer: what you give and what you want. Firsay writes a personal draft for each person, using their real role and project.
- Approve and send: "Copy & open chat" copies the text and opens their Telegram or X. Paste, send, then press "Mark as sent".
05Find who pays for promotion
For KOLs, media and community owners: the Ad buyer research tab finds companies in your niche that already pay for promotion (affiliate, referral, creator, ambassador and sponsored programs), with the public page that proves it and a short pitch to send.
06Use Firsay from AI agents
Connect Firsay to Claude, Cursor or your own scripts, then ask in plain words: "Use Firsay to find 20 BD managers of exchanges on Telegram and draft a message to each". The agent runs the search and keeps working with the results.
Open Account → API keys & MCP: create a key, pick Claude Desktop, Cursor or Command line, copy the ready-made setup. Searches use your plan, like the website.

Does Firsay cover all of Telegram?
No one can: Telegram has no public directory. Firsay covers thousands of crypto chats and channels it indexes, and adds new ones every day.
Why is a contact missing?
The person has no public Telegram, email, website or open DMs. Firsay does not guess private contacts.
Something looks wrong. What do I send?
