Unmatched payments (admin)
USDT that reached the wallet but matched no invoice: wrong amount, paid after expiry, or no invoice. Paste the customer's Payment ID (usdt_…) and credit it.

Crypto renewal is manual: paying the same plan extends the remaining access. Changing plans converts the remaining time as explained above. Payments are made in USDT on the network shown on the invoice (currently BNB Chain, BEP20). Sending on another network loses the payment. Send exactly the amount shown, including all decimals: the unique amount is how your payment is matched to your invoice. Blockchain network fees are paid by the sender. Firsay does not treat redirects or frontend messages as payment proof. Sent a different amount or paid after the invoice expired? Contact support with your Payment ID and transaction hash; the payment is credited by hand.

Are provider charges billed separately?
Normal research-provider usage is included within the plan limits. Blockchain network fees are paid by the sender.
Can I cancel?
Crypto subscriptions do not auto-charge. Access ends after the paid period unless you create and pay another invoice.
When does access activate?
Only after Firsay sees a confirmed on-chain USDT transfer of the exact invoice amount to its wallet (or the payment provider confirms it) and verifies the payment ID, order ID, asset, and amount on the server.
