USDT that reached the wallet but matched no invoice: wrong amount, paid after expiry, or no invoice. Paste the customer's Payment ID (usdt_…) and credit it.

Renewal is manual: paying the same plan extends the remaining access. Checkout opens the NOWPayments page, where you choose the coin and network. Send exactly the amount shown, on the network you chose there: a transfer on another network may be lost or credited only partly. Blockchain network fees are paid by the sender. Access activates only after the server confirms the payment with the provider. Sent the wrong amount or network? Contact support with your invoice ID and transaction hash; the payment is checked and credited by hand.

Are provider charges billed separately?
Normal research-provider usage is included within the plan limits. Blockchain network fees are paid by the sender.
Can I cancel?
Crypto subscriptions do not auto-charge. Access ends after the paid period unless you create and pay another invoice.
When does access activate?
As soon as the payment provider confirms the full payment, usually within a few minutes. The server re-checks the order and the amount with the provider before access is granted.
