Proof that they really work there
Fake "exchange BD" accounts are common in crypto. Firsay keeps a person only when their own profile names the exchange: an X BIO line, the X affiliate badge the exchange grants to its staff, or a Telegram BIO such as "BD at BingX, verify me at bingx.com". Many exchanges run a public verification page for staff; when a profile points to it, Firsay shows that first.
